Custom Harness and Cable Assembly for High Mix and Low Volume
Where we fit in, and where we don't
Yes, we are your supplier if:
- You need prototypes or short series to validate a design before releasing it.
- Have many variations and few pieces of each one.
- The harness has instrumentation, signal or control, not just power.
- You require traceability per piece, with a record of the electrical test of each unit.
- You're wearing a harness that another supplier was unable to deliver due to complexity.
- You need reconstruction or rework of harnesses already manufactured.
We are not your supplier if:
- You're looking for high-volume automotive assembly line production: thousands of identical part numbers per month, with price per part as the primary criterion. That job is done better—and cheaper—by a dedicated volume manufacturer, and you should go with them.
We can produce at scale when the project justifies it, but We don't compete on price in volume.. We compete where difficulty, mix and traceability outweigh unit cost.
What we manufacture
- Electrical harnesses for industrial equipment, machinery and control panels.
- Electronic and signal harnessesInstrumentation, sensors, communication and data bus.
- Custom cables: point-to-point assemblies with specific connector and exact length.
- Harnesses for test bench and validation, including those for internal customer use.
- Reconstruction and rework of existing harnesses.
We work with Tier-1 automotive and global EMS suppliers operating in Mexico, as well as manufacturers of industrial equipment, household appliances, and instrumentation.

Electrical test of the 100% with equipment designed by us
We don't outsource the testing or solve it with a multimeter. We designed and manufactured our own harness tester, And that allows us to do three things that a sales team doesn't:
- It is modular. It's configured to the number of points the harness needs, instead of forcing the harness onto the tester. Today we have a configuration of 44 lines operating in a gas pipeline system.
- It's wireless. It is built on a ESP32-C3 module of our own design and manufacture, This eliminates the wiring from the bench and allows the harness to be tested where it is mounted.
- Register. Each test leaves log with the result per unit. That's what turns "we tested it" into real traceability.
The fact that the module is ours is not a detail: it means that when your harness needs a check that the commercial equipment does not cover, we can program it.
Do you need a quote for your harnesses?
Request your quote quickly, clearly and easily with our Harness Quoter. Share your project specifications, such as connection type, length, quantity, and other relevant details, so we can better understand your requirements and provide you with faster, more accurate service. It's a practical way to start your request and move more quickly toward a suitable solution for your application.
How do we do it?
1. Design review
Before cutting, we review the drawing with you: point-to-point lengths, gauge per circuit, connector and pin, and identification criteria. If the harness is from a design that hasn't been released yet, this is where inconsistencies are detected—it's the cheapest time to find them.
2. Cutting and preparing cables
Cutting to length with controlled tolerance and calibrated stripping, adjusted to the conductor gauge to avoid damaging the strands. Each batch is checked against the cutting list before proceeding to the next step.
3. Crimping and welding
Crimp using the tool and die specific to each terminal, not a universal tool. Where the design requires it, solder and insulate the connection. Crimping is the most common failure point in a harness, so it's where we exercise the most control.
4. Connector assembly
Insert each terminal into its corresponding cavity according to the diagram, verifying its position and ensuring the retainer is in place. A terminal in the wrong cavity is not visible, but it will be detected by electrical testing.
5. Routing, grouping, and protection
Over-the-board when the harness requires it, so that all parts come out with the same geometry. Strapping, mesh, corrugated tubing or heat shrink tubing depending on the environment where it is intended.
6. Electrical testing and recording
With our modular tester, to 100% of the parts, Not by sampling. Each unit leaves its record. Before the electrical test, a visual inspection is performed against the agreed acceptance criteria.
7. Identification, packaging and delivery
Labeled by part number and packaged securely for transport. Departs from Guadalajara or Querétaro, whichever is more convenient for your plant.

Test your harnesses in your own plant
If you prefer to try it in your line, the Cable Tester 32 Module It's available for purchase at the SBC Store. It compares each harness against a good, engineering-approved (golden) part and detects open circuits, short circuits, crossed pins, and loose crimps by line resistance, with PASS/FAIL per pin and logging by SKU, carrier, and batch. It tests 64 channels in 11 to 14 seconds and scales in increments of 32 channels. To determine how many modules and sockets you need, use the Cable Tester configurator.
Acceptance criteria
Electronics is a highly regulated industry, and that works in the customer's favor: there's no need to negotiate what is "well done," it's already written. Each operation is executed under the applicable standard. —IPC, JEDEC, EIA— and not under an internal criterion.
We have Certified personnel and internal IPC certifiers, This means that the training and verification of the criteria do not depend on a third party: they are handled in-house. In cable and harness assemblies, the reference is IPC/WHMA-A-620, and the class agrees with you before starting.
We manufacture in Guadalajara (Tlaquepaque, Jalisco) and Querétaro (The Colorado). The two plants provide national coverage and we have export capacity.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do you make automotive wiring harnesses?
Yes, with a specific scope: prototype, validation, test bench and short series for automotive application. We do not produce assembly line volume. If you need thousands of pieces per month of the same part number, a volume-focused manufacturer will give you a better price and a better delivery time.
Do they test all the pieces or only a sample?
All of them. Each harness goes through the tester and its record is kept.
What is the difference between an electrical harness and an electronic harness?
Electrical cables carry power, and their primary criteria are current capacity and insulation. Electronic cables carry signals, and their key factors are shielding, impedance, and noise. We manufacture both, and in the latter, recording testing goes from being an extra to an essential component.
Do you work with my drawing or do you need something else?
Your drawing or schematic is all we need to start the quote. We also need to know the quantity per part number, how many variations there are, and if you require a test report with the shipment.
Where do they manufacture and where do they deliver?
In Guadalajara (Tlaquepaque, Jalisco) and Querétaro (El Colorado). Both plants provide national coverage and we can export.
What other services are combined with the harness?
When the harness is part of a larger assembly, one of these usually fits: component preform, microprogramming and taping of components. The complete catalog is available at value-added services.
